This year, End of Life Options New Mexico celebrates its first five years of service—a milestone made possible by people like you. The 2025 Annual Report reflects on how far we have come, the people we have reached, and the relationships that have shaped our work. It also reminds us how much remains to be done.
Across New Mexico, many people are thinking about how they want to live as they age and how they wish to be cared for at the end of life—but they may not know where to begin. Talking with loved ones about one’s wishes, completing an advance healthcare directive, understanding care options and/or navigating a serious illness can feel overwhelming.
EOLONM is working to change that by providing clear information, compassionate guidance, and trusted support to individuals and families throughout our state.
As New Mexico’s population ages, our work is becoming increasingly more important. In the months and years ahead, we plan to reach more communities, deepen our presence in rural and underserved areas, strengthen our educational programming, and expand our network of volunteers and partners. However, we cannot do this work without you.
Your financial support will help EOLONM build upon the strong foundation of our first five years and prepare for the next five. Your contribution will sustain statewide education, compassionate client guidance, volunteer training, and accessible resources for people who might otherwise face these important decisions alone.
