Our Vision: New Mexicans have accurate information and caring support to choose their end-of-life options in a system that honors those choices. Our Mission: End of Life Options New Mexico provides information and support for all end-of-life options, including medical aid in dying. Our Values: The collective values that bring us to end-of-life work compel us to demonstrate: Compassion for others’ experiences; being Inclusive of our state’s diverse population; while showing Respect for each individuals end-of-life choices; supporting them in a Non-judgmental manner; and with steadfast Integrity.

Death With Dignity

Death With Dignity is a national leader in end-of-life advocacy and policy reform. The organization works to expand compassionate options and protect the rights of people with terminal illnesses to make informed decisions about how they die.

Compassion & Choices

Compassion & Choices is a national nonprofit working to improve end-of-life care, expand available options, and help people direct their own end-of-life journeys. Its work includes public education, patient resources, advocacy, healthcare-system reform, and legal action.

Gerard's House

Gerard’s House provides free grief support for children, teenagers, adults, and families in the Santa Fe community. Its peer-support programs offer a safe and welcoming place for people coping with death, separation, and other profound losses.

Think New Mexico

Think New Mexico is a nonpartisan, results-oriented think tank dedicated to improving the lives of all New Mexicans, particularly those whose voices are often underrepresented in the political process. It researches major public-policy challenges and advocates for practical, evidence-based solutions.

The Grief Center

The Grief Center provides support groups, workshops and resources for all who grieve; children, teens and adults. Thanks to donors and community supporters, there is never a charge for grief support services. Our vision is that all grieving people will receive compassionate support needed to foster hope for the future.

New Mexico DeathCare Network

As a nonprofit, we provide financial assistance for non-medical, holistic end-of-life care services, including death doulas, grief support, and spiritual advisement. Through donations, we help ensure that individuals in financial need have access to these compassionate resources, offering comfort, guidance, and community support during their journeys.
