EOLONM’s Public Outreach and Education Program (POE) provides comprehensive, accurate information and education about Advance Healthcare Planning and End of Life Care Options.
Our well-trained, compassionate, and experienced POE team members offer hands-on programming designed to address your specific goals and needs.
From community tabling events and simple presentations—to fully-developed trainings and workshops, the POE team is eager to support you.
