Offering a simple, no-cost way to help sustain our work across New Mexico
There are many ways to support End of Life Options New Mexico—and some don’t require making an additional donation.
EOLONM is now participating in the Smith’s Inspiring Donations program. If you already shop at Smith’s and use a Smith’s Rewards Card, you can link your account to EOLONM. After that, your eligible purchases help generate a contribution from Smith’s to support our work—at no additional cost to you.
It’s a small action that can add up when many members of our community participate.
It only takes a few minutes
- Visit the Smith’s Inspiring Donations page and sign in to your Smith’s account – using the ‘Sign In‘ link
- Search for End of Life Options New Mexico (EOLONM) or enter our organization number: MY162.
- Select EOLONM and click Enroll/Save.
- Continue shopping as you normally do, using your registered Rewards Card or associated phone number.
Smith’s currently contributes 0.5% of eligible purchases made by participating shoppers to their selected nonprofit organization.
