Advance Healthcare Directive Workshop – Rio Rancho

Do you have an Advance Healthcare Directive? NO??  Perhaps it’s time to write it, but you don’t know where to start.  Join End of Life Options NM volunteers for a hands-on workshop to get you started.  There will be discussion in small group settings so that you can ask the questions you need answered.  We’ll bring the materials and information you need to complete a document that will express your wishes for your healthcare if you cannot speak for yourself.

The workshop will take place on Saturday, November 9, 10 AM – 11:30 AM at the Esther Bone Memorial Library in Rio Rancho.
