Advance Healthcare Directive Workshop – Ernie Pyle Library

This particular session on November 18, 2026 at the Ernie Pyle Library  will be a workshop to give information about Advance Healthcare Directives – why they are important, what is meant by Healthcare Agent, what treatments may be considered and where your directive should be distributed once it’s written.  It is designed as a small group discussion as we go through various forms. There will be two workshops on the same day because space is limited to 8 participants.

Although registration is not required, it is appreciated to make sure we have enough materials and seats set up.
