Advance Healthcare Directive Workshop – Cherry Hills Library

This particular session on November 8, 2026 at the Cherry Hills Library  will be a workshop to give information about Advance Healthcare Directives – why they are important, what is meant by Healthcare Agent, what treatments may be considered and where your directive should be distributed once it’s written.  It is designed as a small group discussion as we go through various forms.
