QUALITY OF LIFE AT THE END OF LIFE

Talking about serious, or worse yet, terminal illnesses can be difficult. Planning for it may even be harder. But everyone should do it, if not for yourself, then for your loved ones. End of Life Options New Mexico provides talks and workshops as well as client support for individuals and families.

Please consider attending any of the sessions open to the public in Albuquerque and Rio Rancho this fall for more information on completing Advance Healthcare Directives and/or all the end of life healthcare options we legally have in the state. This session has limited seating, so registration is recommended.

This session will be a workshop to give information about Advance Healthcare Directives – why they are important, what is meant by Healthcare Agent, what treatments may be considered and where your directive should be distributed once it’s written.  It is designed as a small group discussion as we go through various forms.  This will take place on Saturday, November 15th at the Lomas Tramway Library, 908 Eastridge Dr. in Albuquerque.
