Join Us in Albuquerque this September through November for FREE Workshops about Advance Care Planning and Advance Directives
End of Life Options New Mexico (EOLONM) invites you to join us for a series of FREE educational workshops this September 25th through November 18th at several Albuquerque public libraries. Whether you’re just beginning to think about advance healthcare planning or want to better understand the healthcare options available in New Mexico, these informative sessions provide compassionate, practical guidance in a welcoming environment. Registration is recommended.
All workshops are presented by members of EOLONM’s Public Outreach and Education (POE) TEAM – trained and knowledgable about Advance HealthCare Planning. For more than five years, the EOLONM Public Outreach and Education (POE) Team has guided New Mexicans in understanding advance healthcare planning, advance directives, and end-of-life care options through engaging presentations and interactive workshops. Workshops: Advance Healthcare Planning & Directives (Interactive)
Are you ready to complete your own Advance Healthcare Directive? This interactive workshop supports participants through the process of understanding what is an Advance Directive and in completing their own Advance Healthcare Directives. These workshops require pre-registration below.
